Design Lead

Quatrain Creative is seeking a hands‑on Design Lead to produce high‑quality, content‑heavy marketing assets such as ebooks, white papers, slide decks, and infographics while also managing and mentoring a small team of freelance designers. The role involves creating design work, developing creative briefs, reviewing deliverables, and representing the design team in client meetings, all within a fully remote, women‑owned agency environment.
