About this role
The Design Manager, Bank will lead the creation of Thrivent’s new integrated banking experience (DBX), unifying banking with existing investments, insurance, and generosity into a seamless digital platform. This newly established role will shape the long-term vision for the product, build and mentor a cross-disciplinary design team, and partner with product and engineering leadership to ensure a cohesive, user-centered experience.
