The Design Manager oversees all design-related activities for alternative delivery, design-build, and complex infrastructure projects, focusing on water and wastewater facilities, civil infrastructure, and industrial projects. The role ensures project vision is carried seamlessly from proposal through validation, design, estimating, procurement, and delivery phases. It combines engineering expertise with preconstruction leadership to deliver technically sound, constructible, cost-aligned, and schedule-compliant designs. This position also provides continuity and design support throughout construction, including documentation, reporting, and client interactions.
