Design Manager

The Design Manager serves as the Owner's Representative, leading and coordinating the design process for large-scale capital projects at a semiconductor campus from initiation through construction. This role provides oversight of design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet project objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards. The position acts as the central coordination point between the owner, design teams, and project stakeholders to align design activities with execution strategies and program goals.
