Design Manager

The Design Manager directs external design companies through all project phases, ensuring design intent, constructability, and cost control align with owner expectations from preconstruction through execution. This role serves as the primary liaison between the project team and architects, managing design schedules, budgets, and change management while mentoring the design phase team. The position requires strong leadership, client-facing skills, and the ability to convert owner visions into constructible solutions for a high-volume portfolio of government and private sector projects.
