Design Manager

Journey Group is seeking a Design Manager to bridge the gap between design and construction management, serving as a trusted partner to owners and aligning architects, engineers, and construction teams. The role involves leading the development of the company's in-house design function, producing design documentation, and resolving design issues during construction. This position primarily supports healthcare, renovation, and commercial/industrial projects while collaborating with the Preconstruction team to ensure design aligns with budgets and schedules.
