Design / Project Engineer

The Design / Project Engineer provides engineering and technical expertise for new and existing product and process development, acting as a liaison between engineering, sales, quality, and operations departments. This role involves designing and simulating tooling and processes to produce forged parts that meet customer specifications while managing product launches through the DIAMOND stage gate process. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to drive continuous improvement and resolve manufacturing issues.
