About this role
The Design Quality Engineering Director for Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health leads the quality engineering and program management team supporting new product development across neuromodulation and pelvic health therapies. The role ensures products are designed with high standards of safety, reliability, and quality from concept through commercialization and drives adoption of modern practices including AI and advanced analytics. This position partners across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Post-Market teams and represents quality leadership to executive stakeholders and external regulators.
