Design Review Coordinator

The Design Review Coordinator provides administrative and architectural review support for the Kiawah Island Community Association’s Design Review functions, ensuring all applications for improvements and construction projects are processed according to governing documents and design guidelines. This role serves as the primary contact for architects, designers, contractors, and members while coordinating the review process, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the Design Review Board. The position also involves preparing meeting materials, drafting decision letters, and facilitating communication between the association and external stakeholders.
