Design Team Lead – Casting Design

Caterpillar’s Drivetrain team in Mexico is seeking a Design Team Lead to oversee the creation of cast iron and cast steel components such as hydraulic pump bodies, valve bodies, and brake calipers. The role provides design leadership throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through production implementation and maintenance, while mentoring junior engineers and supporting assembly facilities.
