Design Thinking Facilitator

The Design Thinking Facilitator supports the Arts Management and Arts Entrepreneurship Program by leading design thinking exercises in both curricular and co-curricular settings under faculty supervision. The role involves guiding participants through key stages of the design process, including problem definition, empathy interviews, brainstorming, and prototyping solutions. This position is a temporary, part-time opportunity based at the Center for Performing Arts on the Oxford Campus.
