Design to Launch Global Process Owner

The Design to Launch Global Process Owner is accountable for the effectiveness of Bose's end-to-end enterprise process, converting customer and market needs into designed, validated, and commercially launched products. This role focuses on owning the process architecture, governance, decision framework, and transformation roadmap to enable faster, more predictable, and higher-quality product launches. The position requires influencing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide changes across a complex global organization.
