Pennylane is seeking experienced instructional designers to build scalable learning experiences that help users effectively adopt its fintech SaaS platform. The role focuses on transforming expert knowledge into structured, learner-centric journeys such as onboarding paths, blended trainings, and modular content libraries. Designers will work on time-bound missions, contributing to strategic education projects like content migration, segment-specific online programs, and large-scale onboarding kits. The position is embedded within the Customer Education team and supports Pennylane’s growth and user autonomy goals.
