Designer

The Designer will collaborate with project leaders, production managers, and fellow designers to create high-end residential designs from concept through construction, handling schematic design, development, client presentations, 3D modeling, material selection, and permit documentation. The role requires strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as an understanding of zoning, permitting, and residential remodeling processes.
