Designer

This role involves designing data-dense experiences, such as dashboards and analytical interfaces, for NAC's centralised data platform to support evidence-based decision-making across the arts sector. The designer will gather requirements, translate policy needs into design direction, and own the full design lifecycle from concept to production. The position requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to establish design practices within a new team.
