Designer

The Designer role within the Civic/Commercial Architecture group provides comprehensive design services for local municipalities, guiding projects from initial planning and grant funding through to execution and long-term relationship building. This position involves leading the development of integrated design proposals, maintaining building information models, and creating sustainable, award-winning designs that meet client budgets and regulatory standards. The role requires mentoring team members, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery.
