Desktop Support Engineer

The role involves creating and implementing desktop solutions for individual users, workgroups, and the entire college, including researching secure applications, installing hardware and software, and maintaining network connectivity. The specialist will diagnose and resolve desktop issues across remote laptops, classrooms, AV equipment, and conference rooms, as well as manage desktop images and support the Network and Server Groups.
