The Desktop Support Specialist - Athletics at the University of Miami provides triage, diagnostic, and troubleshooting support for business applications and operating systems to ensure department systems and peripherals function properly. The role partners with central campus IT services, facilities, and Athletic departments to support technology needs for coaches, student-athletes, and event vendors. This is a full-time staff position based in Coral Gables, Florida.
