Desktop Technician

The Desktop Technician is responsible for the deployment, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and related end-user technology across client locations throughout the five boroughs of New York City. This hands-on field position requires strong technical, organizational, and customer service skills to coordinate equipment deliveries, perform onsite installations, and ensure devices are fully operational. The role involves frequent interaction with end users, client personnel, and project teams to resolve technical issues while minimizing disruption to client operations.
