Pole Position Logistics is seeking an enthusiastic Port Agent for the 2027 season to assist with agency services for expedition cruise ships, yachts, research vessels, and cargo ships operating in the waters around Svalbard. This primarily office-based role involves coordinating all aspects of port calls, managing logistics, and building close relationships with clients to ensure seamless and efficient operations. The agent will serve as a local advisor, handling everything from crew transport and provisioning to safety training and shore excursions.
