Detail Planning Process Planner

The Detail Planning Process Planner supports the Detail Planning organization by creating and maintaining work instructions, incorporating design changes, and leading training initiatives. This role focuses on continuous learning, process improvement, and workforce development to ensure the successful delivery of COLUMBIA Class submarines. The position involves mentoring planners, developing training curricula, and providing on-the-job support to enhance departmental knowledge and experience.
