The Detail Polish role is responsible for performing all tasks involved in the detail polish portion of On-X LTI production, including hand polishing, shaping, and blending small intricate parts using specialized equipment and microscopes. The position requires visually and dimensionally inspecting components for conformance to written specifications and operating cleaning and laser etch equipment. This role demands strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to FDA and ISO manufacturing practices.
