Detroit Promise Coach

The Detroit Promise Coach provides individual academic and personal support to an assigned group of Detroit Promise students, guiding them from their transition into college as first-time freshmen through the completion of a community college degree. The role aims to increase semester-to-semester persistence, credit accumulation, and graduation rates by connecting students with relevant campus and off-campus resources. The coach works collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to ensure student success and retention.
