Developer in Test, Technical Lead (Romania: remote)

As a Developer in Test, Technical Lead, you will own the end-to-end quality architecture for Genesis Digital's marketing and sales automation platform in a principal-level individual contributor role. You will design scalable test infrastructure, establish quality governance frameworks, and serve as the highest technical authority on test automation and engineering reliability across the organization. This position involves partnering with architects and product leaders to align quality strategies, mentor QA engineers, and drive proactive mitigation of systemic quality risks.
