The Developer Support Technician at Rocket Science Group is responsible for daily operations within the Mission Control Centre (MCC), focusing on monitoring live services, managing incident responses, and ensuring optimal game performance for clients. This remote role requires a customer-first approach and technical proficiency for handling customer requests, diagnosing server issues, and implementing incident management processes. The technician will also support the migration of Unity’s Multiplay game server hosting solution and operate customer games, providing player support and managing in-game incidents. The position involves flexible evening and weekend shifts.
