Development Accountant

The Development Accountant at MidPen is responsible for the full accounting cycle of development projects and newly placed in-service properties, handling loan draw requests, cost tracking, general ledger analysis, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. The role collaborates with development, corporate, property accounting, and management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.
