The Development Analyst at JPI supports the Central division’s Development Acquisition team, contributing to evaluation and analysis of new multifamily development opportunities. The role reports to the Acquisitions Development Manager and helps maintain data-driven reporting and pipeline tracking as opportunities move from acquisition into development and construction.
