Development and Construction Manager (IL Cottages)

The Development and Construction Manager (IL Cottages) will oversee individual cottage projects from feasibility through delivery, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet Welltower’s design and operational standards. This role involves coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, managing project finances, and maintaining compliance with building codes and internal policies. The position requires significant travel and offers exposure to all phases of the development lifecycle as the IL Cottage program expands across the U.S.
