Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio that fosters relationships that lead to philanthropic commitments of 75 or more individual gift prospects, maintaining a minimum of 125 meaningful encounters with prospects that generates gift proposals soliciting at least $2,500 (minimum of 30 solicitations per year at this level). Maintain consistent contact with department leaders, volunteers, and key members of Jefferson’s administrative leadership.
• Using written materials, meetings, and other sources of information, develop a comprehensive understanding of the educational, research, clinical, and financial needs and goals of assigned programs. Support leadership and other members of the assigned team to establish, maintain, and grow a highly responsive and collaborative fundraising program.
• Work with leadership and team members to prepare and distribute materials and schedule meetings & events to qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward top prospects.
• Serve as a liaison for OIA leadership when conducting communications projects, generating donor and physician communication, during events and other duties as assigned.
