Development Associate

Rainbow Labs is seeking a mission-driven Development Associate to strengthen fundraising, grant development, and donor engagement efforts for its mission to empower Queer and Gender Nonconforming youth. This position will work alongside leadership to build sustainable systems, research funding opportunities, and cultivate relationships with various supporters including foundations, corporations, and individual donors. The role focuses on improving grant management processes and developing donor engagement strategies to sustain the organization's long-term growth through organizational capacity building.
