Development Associate

The Development Associate within University Advancement oversees the EOU Foundation’s stewardship programs, scholarship awarding process, and supports board and event operations. The role drives the full lifecycle of the annual Foundation scholarship cycle, creates meaningful stewardship strategies and impact reports, and maintains the foundation database. Additionally, the position provides administrative and logistical support for EOU Foundation Board and Alumni Association meetings and events, including organizing key donor recognition and alumni events.
