The role focuses on building a high-performing development organization and fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in a SAFe-based Agile environment. This position partners closely with other digital capability leaders and stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across enterprise initiatives.
