A Strategic Development Communications Specialist leads the creation of high-impact donor materials, including proposals and stewardship reports, to support the foundation's fundraising goals. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the hospital to refine communication strategies, manage complex projects, and cultivate relationships with clinicians, researchers, and major donors. This position serves as a trusted partner in translating complex medical concepts into compelling narratives for institutional philanthropy.

Responsibilities

Research, write, and edit donor proposals and stewardship reports to generate philanthropic support.
Coordinate with Donor Relations and Creative teams to execute timely production of communication deliverables.
Develop strategies for creative donor communication throughout all phases of comprehensive fundraising campaigns.
Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to convey institutional priorities and achievements effectively.
Refine internal systems and processes to enhance communication workflows and donor engagement strategies.
