Development Coordinator

The Development Coordinator supports North Star Initiative's fundraising and partner cultivation by coordinating day-to-day development activities and building meaningful relationships. This full-time, exempt position reports directly to the Director of Development and Marketing and focuses on cultivating human-centered donor relationships and stewarding partnerships. The role involves managing donor records, executing fundraising campaigns, and providing hospitable experiences for attendees at various events.
