About this role

Repsol is seeking a Development Engineering Intern to support Facilities and Process Engineering teams in the design, optimization, and execution of surface facilities for upstream oil and gas development. The role provides hands-on exposure to project engineering, process modeling, and field development planning while working on live projects with experienced colleagues. Interns will gain real-world experience through mentoring, technical training, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Support design and optimization of surface facilities and infrastructure
Perform process simulations and equipment sizing calculations
Prepare project scopes, cost estimates, and bid packages
