Elgato
This role focuses on owning NPI and sustaining engineering for PSU and Scuf Controller product lines, including schematic and BOM review, DFMEA/DFM/DFA input, and hands-on issue resolution. The position requires leading technical root-cause investigations on manufacturing and field issues while ensuring component and material readiness across the supplier base. The engineer will act as the primary interface between Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Quality to drive manufacturing readiness and resolve cross-functional blockers.
