The Development Manager will own assigned real‑estate development projects, guiding them through entitlement, approvals, permitting and execution while coordinating consultants, municipalities and internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Director of Development, the role offers exposure to the full development lifecycle of purpose‑built rental projects across the GTA and Ontario.
