Development Manager

Northwood Ravin is seeking a Development Manager to lead multifamily development projects across the full lifecycle, from initial feasibility and acquisition through design, construction, lease up, and stabilization. This leadership role requires direct ownership of project strategy, financial performance, and execution while serving as a key connection point between senior leadership and internal and external project teams. The position involves driving the development process, maintaining control of project economics, and ensuring alignment with the project's business plan.
