Development Manager

The Development Manager supports the Community Youth Center of San Francisco's Development and Communications team by strengthening the organization's fund development growth and donor relations. This role involves managing donor systems, cultivating individual and major donors, coordinating fundraising campaigns and events, and developing donor-facing materials. The position requires close collaboration with leadership, program staff, and finance teams to deepen relationships with current and prospective supporters.
