Development Planner

The Development Planner will own portfolio-level planning for future data center shell capacity, translating compute-demand forecasts and technical requirements into a clear strategy for securing or building infrastructure. This role involves evaluating capacity across various pathways, identifying supply gaps, and maintaining an integrated plan connecting site readiness to construction and operational handoff. The position requires strong analytical judgment and the ability to drive decisions across teams to ensure the right infrastructure is available on the required timelines.
