The Development Program Manager leads and manages the design, pre-construction, and construction activities for data center development projects across one or more campuses. The role coordinates daily with internal stakeholders, contractors, designers, engineers, and operations staff to deliver multi-phased site development programs. The position requires regular executive-level communication and oversight of program budgets, schedules, and permitting.
