The Kendal Corporation
The Development Project Manager will support the full development life cycle for Life Plan Community campuses, overseeing projects from opportunity assessment through design, entitlement, construction, and lease‑up. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, the role coordinates cross‑functional teams, manages budgets and timelines, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This position plays a key role in expanding The Kendal Corporation's senior living affiliate network across the Northeast and Mid‑Atlantic regions.
