Development Review Specialist

This position performs development review for conformance with the Comprehensive Plan, Land Development Code, and Design Standards while conducting research on complex zoning and land development issues. The role involves coordinating with reviewing agencies to ensure compliance, preparing reports and graphics for Board presentations, and providing information to the public and development community. The position may also require site visits to ensure compliance with approval conditions and participation in emergency response activities.
