The Developmental Specialist supports individuals served by Monarch—helping them pursue personal goals and increase independence within their communities. The role is part of Monarch’s behavioral health and developmental services team, working with people affected by mental illness, substance use, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injury across North Carolina and Rhode Island. This is a PRN position providing on-site, as-needed support in residential and community settings.
