Developmental Therapist

The Developmental Therapist integrates therapeutic support strategies into Early Learning classrooms for children birth to age 5 and provides First Steps developmental therapies in home or natural environments for children birth to age 3. The role involves administering developmental screenings, documenting support strategies, and delivering training on delays, disabilities, and challenging behaviors to teachers and families. Additionally, the therapist collaborates with parents and community providers to create and evaluate Individualized Family Service Plans.
