Development/Plant Operations Contract Manager

The Development/Plant Operations Contract Manager leads the development, negotiation, and optimization of supplier contracts for New Construction, Renovation, and Plant Operations to achieve competitive pricing and strong value for LCS Development and CPS member stakeholders.
