Deviation Investigation Team Manager

This leadership role manages and develops the Deviation Investigation Team within a biopharmaceutical process development and small-scale GMP manufacturing Centre of Excellence. The position provides oversight of complex manufacturing and technical-service deviation investigations to ensure timely closure, high-quality compliance, and effective risk management. It involves leading a team of Technical Investigators, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support batch disposition and customer delivery.
