Device Engineer

This role focuses on improving semiconductor manufacturing yields by monitoring Electrical Wafer Sort and Parametric Testing results to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. The successful candidate will collaborate with process and product engineers to optimize test programs, drive process qualifications, and conduct basic failure analysis to enhance quality and reduce defects. Working within a global semiconductor organization, the employee supports new product transfers and aims to understand failure mechanisms through bench measurements.
