About this role

As a Device Integration Engineer at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, you will optimize transistor performance and maximize product yield, reliability, and manufacturability across the 14nm Derivative generation. The role involves collaborating with Integration and Fab Engineering Teams to analyze process interactions, manage electrical tests, and solve systematic yield or reliability issues. You will also evaluate device impacts for key process changes and present findings to internal management and external teams.

Responsibilities

Optimize transistor performance to maximize product yield and reliability
Analyze process interactions between inline metrology and electrical test data
Manage Wafer Acceptance Electrical Test protocols for customer accounts
Execute experiments to improve parametric yield and manufacturability
Drive task force teams to resolve systematic yield or reliability issues
