DevOps and CI/CD Capabilities Lead

This role is responsible for defining, implementing, and evolving DevOps and CI/CD capabilities for NAB services, acting as a thought leader to drive automation across source integration, testing, deployment, and release management. The position focuses on reducing lead time, improving reliability, and increasing deployment frequency through hands-on design and implementation of CI/CD solutions. It involves partnering with delivery teams to embed DevOps practices, standardizing tooling, and ensuring stable, performant platforms while mentoring team members.
